Admission Procedure for U.G


  • For admission to under graduate courses, the students should have passed two year Intermediate examination or Central Board of Secondary Education or an examination recognized and considered equivalent by the Osmania University. The students from other states should produce eligibility certificate issued by Osmania University at the time of admission
  • For admission in B.A, B.Com and B.Sc: The candidate should have secured atleast 60% of the aggregate marks in Intermediate or equivalent examination and 40% in the concerned subject
  • The college being a minority institution gives preference to minority candidates. The non-minority candidates on merit basis will fill the rest of the seats
  • Admission into sports quota will be given if the candidates have distinguished themselves at state or national level. Relevant certificates issued by the competent authority should be submitted along with application forms
  • The candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the foreign University should submit all the relevant information/documents which prove the equivalent of their qualification along with the approval of Osmania University

Registration for Admission

  • Application forms for admission are to be obtained by the candidate on payment of the prescribed fee. If the application form is downloaded from the website, the same can be submitted in the office after paying the required registration fee in the college office. Please contact office for any further assitance in this regard
  • The candidate should submit the duly filled-in application form in the college office and must be accompanied by the following documents(attested copies)

Documents to be attached

  • Receipt of registration fee
  • Memorandum of marks obtained by the students at the qualifying examination (the certified photo-copies are to be replaced by original certificates at the time of admission)
  • Copies of study certificate and transfer certificate from the college where the candidates studied previously
  • Sports/NCC/Ex-serviceman /Physically handicapped(certificate issued by the competent authority) for those applicable
  • Baptism certificate /Parish priest letter for Roman catholic students
Admission Procedure for P.G


  • For admission into postgraduate courses, the students should have passed three-year degree course and must have qualified the common entrance examination in the concerned subject conducted by Osmania University
  • Applications forms for admission are to be obtained by the candidate on payment of the prescribed fee
  • The candidates should submit the duly filled in application form at the college office. The application form must be accompanied by the following documents.(attested copies only)

Documents to be attached

  • Rank card
  • Hall ticket of the Entrance Examination
  • The receipt of the registration fee
  • Marks memorandum of S.S.C, Inter and Degree Examination(Photo copy)
  • Study certificate(std VI to Degree) and transfer certificate from the college where the candidate studied previously
  • Caste certificate SC/ST/BC (if applicable) (certificate issued by the competent authority)
  • Sports/NCC/NSS/Ex-Serviceman/Physically handicapped, (certificate issued by competent authority) for those applicable
  • Baptism certificate and Parish Priest letter for Roman Catholic students
  • One self addressed envelop with Rs 4. stamp on each if the applicant seeks admission in college hostel
  • The lists of admitted candidates and the date for payment of Fees will be put up on the college notice board. No intimation will be sent to the candidates
  • Provisionally selected candidates will be called for counseling. They shall appear for such counseling along with the original certificates
  • Selected candidates should be accompanied by the parent only for the interview
  • The college reserves the right to cancel any admission if the data furnished is found to be incorrect
  • Original certificates will be returned on completion of the course. Students are requested to keep sufficient number of Xerox copies with them
