Vision
The Investiture Ceremony is a replica of democratic process of election conducted every year to elect and select the Student Council for the post of President, Vice President, General Secretary, Cultural Secretary, Sports Secretary and the Council Member.
Mission
The swearing in ceremony or the Investiture ceremony is a special occasion where St. Pious X Degree College entrusts the upcoming leaders. The responsibilities of these council members as per their portfolios are as follows:

The Department of Business Management, St. Pious X Degree and PG College for Women is pleased to offer a comprehensive **Mutual Funds Distributor Professional Program** designed to equip students with the necessary skills to become certified mutual fund distributors. This skill-based course will provide students with a detailed understanding of the mutual fund industry, including its operations, regulatory framework, and best practices for distributing mutual fund products.view more
Vice president: “Let your eyes look forward and your gaze straight ahead of you”
The Vice President shall assist the president in all the college activities to achieve success. She would discharge the duties of the president in her absence. She shall carry forward the team spirit of the student council in the coming year.
General Secretary: “With coordination and cooperation she shall lead the institution to success”
She plays the key role of the student council and shall coordinate the various activities of the council, solely responsible for the success of these activities in the College. She is expected to be dynamic and enthusiastic to present the spirit of the College.
Sports Secretary: “Sound mind exists in sound body”
She plays a vital role energizing the students to involve in sports and games for their overall physical and intellectual development. She shall assist the physical director of the college at various levels of sports competitions – Inter, Intra, State and National.
Joint Secretary: “for success of any mission, it is necessary to have effective leadership”
She shall Strengthen the hands of the student council and renders the required assistance in overall activities of the college
Cultural secretary: “Talent cannot be hidden; let talent shine with your creative works”
She shall tap the talent of the piousians to exhibit their creativity and skills. She shall direct properly the various cultural events and programmes in and out of the Institution.
Executive Members: :“You can succeed best and quickest by helping others to succeed”.
They shall assist and execute all the plans corresponding to the academic, cultural, curricular and co-curricular activities and programmes representing their streams to co-ordinate for the success of the same.
Council Member: “Service aptly rendered is like apples of gold in settings of silver”
She shall render her services, support and co-operation for the smooth and successful functioning of the College. She shall be ever ready to assist the President, Vice President, General Secretary, Sports Secretary and Cultural Secretary.
IQAC Members: “Things of quality have no fear of time”
They are the Student Representatives of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell of the Institution. They shall assist and coordinate with the IQAC team, teaching, non-teaching staff, industry representatives and alumni on various quality parameters in ensuring sustainability of quality education.
