The Departments of Physics and Mathematics jointly hosted a month-long awareness campaign on e-waste management, collection of e-waste from students, college staff, and the local community. An awareness programme on Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) was conducted for non-teaching staff, led by four students (P. Vaishnavi, M Tanusree, T.Yuvaranjani, P. YTejaswi) from MSc Microbiology II year, Department of Microbiology to educate participants on IBS, its causes, symptoms, and management strategies, while promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Students, faculty and non teaching staff donated different items such as Clothing, bedsheets, utensils, shoes, Bags, Educational Materials and Toys to Goonj. Ms Pranavi of III BtMC, Student coordinator along with 27 student volunteers planned and executed the drive for one week.
Departments of Zoology & Genetics organized the Paper recycling activity in collaboration with ITC WOW (MoU). Students and Faculty from all Streams BA, B.Com, BSc PG, BBA, MBA actively participated in the activity. Around 2.6 tons of paper was collected and sent for recycling.

Department of Physics conducted online quiz for students to educate and create awareness on Renewable Sources of Energy on account of Akshay Urja Diwas 2024 Celebrations and also in commemoration of Birth Anniversary of Shree Rajive Gandhi former Prime Minister of India. Nearly 120 students actively participated.
